I get error when send request "Error: Billing period doesn't exist!"

I create a new API key for the V1 version yesterday, causing the old API key to become inactive. The new key is become inacitve, but when I initiate a request with the new key, I receive error code "Error: Billing period doesn't exist!"

Why is this happening? Additionally, I am unable to delete my account, When I check billing → “Bitquery” and api-usage–>“Bitquery”, I see the error mesage: “We’re sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner, check the logs for more information” Can you please provide assistance?
