Questions about bitquery tutoirals

Hi guys:
I have read the v2 docs several times, but still have some questions about bitquery tutorials. I hope some specialists can offer me some help. Take the query below as an example.

1. The ‘Transfer’ is called cube in bitquery, how can i get the item in ‘Transfer’?(in this query, how can i know there have ‘Transactin_index’ and ‘Block_time’ in ‘Transfer’)?
   2.How can i know the item in dimension?(in this query, how can i know there have block,transfer and transaction, and each one have some items like time, receiver ,etc. ) Is there any list?
