I tried do it with EAP but i get that error: dataset archive not synced, try later.

so Is there a way to get all nft transfers in solana without eap?

EAP supports real-time information, no archive. You can check examples here Solana NFT API | Blockchain Data API (V2)

Other than EAP, we have historical solana information ( not NFTs) in v1.
