# What Email address is not blacklisted?

Hi, Trying to sign up as I’m looking to develop a program to gather data for some tokens.

When I try to sign up with my [outlook.com](http://outlook.com) email address it returns black listed ?

What email providers aren’t black listed? or can it be whitelisted?

Yes, when we receive too may spam signups with a domain we blacklist it for a while. Please email [support.bitquery.io](http://support.bitquery.io), we will enable access for you.
