# I get error when send request "Error: Billing period doesn't exist!"

I create a new API key for the V1 version yesterday, causing the old API key to become inactive. The new key is become inacitve, but when I initiate a request with the new key, I receive error code `"Error: Billing period doesn't exist!"`

Why is this happening? Additionally, I am unable to delete my account, When I check billing → “[Bitquery](https://account.bitquery.io/user/billing)” and api-usage–\>“[Bitquery](https://account.bitquery.io/user/statistics)”, I see the error mesage: “We’re sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner, check the logs for more information” Can you please provide assistance?
